My name is Mubarak Atik, the founder of Kili Transfers. For many years, I worked as a safari guide in Tanzania’s iconic national parks, including Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Tarangire. As a guide, I spent much of my time away from home, helping visitors explore the natural wonders of our beautiful country. But during those years, I often found myself standing at the arrival’s gate of Kilimanjaro International Airport, observing firsthand the stress and frustration that travelers experienced trying to secure a reliable taxi to their destination.
I saw the same scene repeated day after day: travelers tired from long flights, searching for safe, affordable transportation, only to be met with confusion, unclear pricing, and sometimes uncomfortable rides.
